What you need:

Laminator and dry erase marker (optional)
How to prep:
- Print the pages.
- Tape together.
- Laminate for future use if you’d like.
Directions:
- Fill out the K and W sections before reading, and the L section after reading.
- If laminated, write with a dry erase marker.
