At WonderHeroes Camp, we celebrate the diversity of abilities and talents that make each child special. Whether they have physical disabilities, developmental delays, sensory sensitivities, or medical conditions, our campers are recognized as the heroes they truly are. Our goal is to ensure that every child can participate fully and shine brightly.
We believe in the strength of community and the power of friendship. Through team-building exercises, group activities, and cooperative games, campers will forge bonds that last a lifetime, learning the importance of empathy, acceptance, and inclusivity. This camp is led and run by a local behavior analyst and will offer guided and supported opportunities for your child to participate in thematic games and social activities, outdoor play, interaction with farm animals, and nature based activities. Opportunities for inclusion with the WonderHere Summer Camp activities will be available throughout the week!
In an effort to ensure the safety of all of our campers, we do require that all children participating in camp programs are able to do so without engaging in any unsafe or harmful behaviors towards themselves or others. It is also a requirement for all children participating in our elementary-aged camps to be fully toilet trained.
